Brand activation for Onitsuka Tiger’s new Mexico 66 styles. The campaign, a ‘piñata hunt‘ aptly called ’66 Ways to Catch a Tiger’, was designed to draw traffic to the Amsterdam brand store and put the store permanently on the map of sneaker heads in Amsterdam. Using 66 piñatas, the design mixed colorful Mexico with the transition sports striping of the Olympics and resulted in an 11% traffic increase to the Amsterdam location.
